Scope

This document defines the Bedrock C data model, register convention, calling convention, aggregate and variadic rules, compiler-runtime helper ABI, and C memory-model lowering. The Bedrock ELF ABI and ISA supply the referenced binary-format and architectural objects. Target-specific C extensions own their source syntax and semantics.
