Write an SREG segment image from an Rn register.

WRSEG Rn(d), SREG(s)

WRSEG validates a 64-bit segment register image from the source Rn register and writes it to the selected SREG.

The complete source image is validated before architectural state changes. An invalid image raises INVALID_CONTROL_IMAGE; the selected segment register remains unchanged when validation fails.
