VTESTNZ

Operation

Sets significant result bits where the governed element-wise AND is nonzero and clears all other bits.

VECTOR

At the selected B, W, L, or Q width, the operation computes the bitwise AND of each left-hand Vn element and its corresponding right-hand element. The register form reads the right-hand element from the corresponding Vn lane. The memory form reads it from the corresponding element of the complete vector-length VEA source.

The complete result image replaces the destination predicate. A bit at an element's significant predicate position is set only when its governing bit is set and the element result is nonzero; every other predicate bit is clear.
