Operation

Writes each logical lane number to its destination element.

For an element width of \(E\) bytes, the destination contains \(\mathrm{VLEN}/(8E)\) logical lanes. Lane \(i\) receives the unsigned integer \(i\) encoded in its \(E\)-byte element.
