Converts between the D format in an Fn operand and the representation selected by the suffix. The integer suffixes are signed B/W/L/Q; .H and .S select binary16 and binary32. For Fn-to-Fn conversion, the source has the suffix format and the destination has D format. With one Fn and one Rn or memory operand, the Fn has D format and the other operand has the suffix representation. Floating-format EA sources are memory-only.
