Scope

This document defines the Bedrock binary-format contract for ELF objects, linking, relocation, loading, dynamic linking, TLS metadata, and code models. The Bedrock ISA Specification supplies the referenced architectural objects. Language bindings and application interfaces each own their higher-level contracts.
