Saves the floating-point user-state record.

FSAVE writes one 192-byte, 64-byte-aligned floating-point user-state record. A clean initial floating-point state may use an all-clear presence bitmap; otherwise FSAVE may conservatively mark and write every floating-point slot. FSAVE does not change clean or modified state.
