VECTOR

VEXTZW zero-extends the low B source element in each W container across the destination W element. The governing predicate position associated with each W container controls that container. An inactive container retains its complete previous destination value. The operation leaves FLAGS unchanged.

An illustrative B-to-W VEXTZW view: each active word container zero-extends its low source byte, while inactive containers preserve the old destination value.
