Gather odd lanes from the old destination and source into separate result halves.

VUZIPHI gathers the odd-numbered lanes from the old destination into the lower half of the result, in increasing lane order. It gathers the odd-numbered Vn lanes into the upper half in the same order. The governing predicate retains the corresponding old destination value in each inactive result lane.

A right-to-left 128-bit W-lane example: odd old-Vd lanes fill the lower result half, odd source-Vn lanes fill the upper half, and inactive result lanes preserve old Vd.
