Atomically restores the complete CFI supervisor-state record.

CFISRESTORE is supervisor-only. It reads a complete 16-byte CFI supervisor-state record and replaces LKL and LKH together at one instruction commit point. The all-zero image is valid and disables CFI; LPC and LPA are unchanged.
