Select predicate lanes using unsigned vector indices.

VECTOR

PPERM reads an unsigned index from each selected B, W, L, or Q vector lane. Each index selects the old destination's significant predicate position whose typed-lane index has that value. An index outside the architectural typed-lane range produces zero. The complete destination predicate image is written, and every bit outside its significant positions is cleared. The operation leaves FLAGS unchanged.

Each new Pd word-significant position selects one old Pd position using the unsigned index in the corresponding Vn word lane. The concrete indices are in range; an out-of-range index instead produces zero.
