Set significant positions before unsigned(Rcount) mod lane_count.

VECTOR

The selected element size determines the logical lane count and the spacing of significant predicate positions. Reducing unsigned Rcount modulo that lane count produces a boundary. PTAIL writes a new Pd image with significant positions below the boundary set and all remaining positions clear. A zero boundary therefore produces an all-clear image.
