Atomically installs PTCR and clears ASCR as a page-table switch.

Assembler Syntax

Supervisor only

Validates and replaces PTCR with the supplied page-table control value and clears ASCR as one architectural page-table switch. A PTCR validation failure leaves both registers unchanged.
