Operation

Saves the base supervisor-state record.

SSAVE writes one 8-byte base supervisor-state record at the 8-byte-aligned address captured from Rn. Bits 15 through 0 contain STATUS, bit 16 contains DFA, and bits 63 through 17 are zero. SSAVE is a pure snapshot and does not change architectural state.
